The Charlotte Knights picked up a win at Comiskey Park, knocking off the Boston Red Sox, 9-4. Starting pitcher Scott Bankhead was an essential part of his team's success. Bankhead, now 1-1, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 8, walking 3, and allowing 2 earned runs. The Knights, now 6-3, have been on a roll in the early going.
