Big Day by Erstad Sparks Twins Win
Behind a solid performance from center fielder Darin Erstad, the Minnesota Twins defeated the Orlando Devil Rays, 10-5. Erstad went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2 for the Twins. The last-place Twins now have a win-loss record of 31-43.

Larry Walker had a productive at-bat for the Twins with one out in the top of the seventh. With the bases loaded, the right fielder hit a 2-run double. The at-bat was important in the Minnesota win.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Erstad.
