Jones on Top of His Game

Bobby J. Jones of the Kansas City Royals humiliated the New York Yankees at Royals Stadium today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 8 hits.
"He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said New York manager Tigerr Wolfe, after the game.
Jones whiffed 6 and walked 2 in the 5-0 win.
"If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Jones said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."
Jones has made 13 starts this season, posting 8 wins and 4 losses. Opposing clubs are batting .221 against him and he has 68 strikeouts in 98 innings with a 3.12 ERA.
