Young Pitches Shutout

Matt Young of the Montreal Expos humiliated the Detroit Tigers at Olympic Stadium today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 3 hits.
"He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Detroit manager Julio Izquierdo, after the game.
Young whiffed 5 and walked 1 in the 4-0 win.
"If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Young said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."
This season Young has gone 13-8 with an ERA of 2.99, posting 142 strikeouts in 189.2 innings.
