Hartford Blanks Swamp Foxes, Chouinard at His Best Thursday, August 14th, 1997 Bobby Chouinard of the Hartford Whalers humiliated the Savannah Swamp Foxes at Wolves Ballpark today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 5 hits. "He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Savannah manager , after the game. Chouinard whiffed 8 and walked 1 in the 5-0 win. "If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Chouinard said. "I was making good pitches the entire game." This year Chouinard has a 16-3 record with a 4.22 ERA in 24 starts.
