Benes Shuts Out Slammers Friday, July 21st, 1995 The Savannah Swamp Foxes rolled to an easy 9-0 win over the Southeast Slammers at Paradise Grounds today. Leading the way to victory was starter Alan Benes, who shackled the Southeast Slammers and held them scoreless on a 2-hitter.
