1B McReynolds Lights Up Brass for 5 RBIs as Bisons Extend Lead
Riding the 2-hit performance of first baseman Kevin McReynolds, the Buffalo Bisons got a road win against the New Orleans Brass, 9-5, in Game 3 of the World Series today. McReynolds went 2 for 5 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5 for the Bisons, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 3 games to 0.

McReynolds delivered in the top of the third inning for Buffalo. With the game tied and runners on 1st and 2nd, the first baseman hit a 3-run home run to right.

"This was a good win for us," said McReynolds. "It's one more step toward our ultimate goal."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Bay Hawks Ballpark. Slated to start are Jeff Suppan for Buffalo and Paul Wagner for New Orleans.
