The Nashville Sounds moved to within one game of the Round 4 today, downing the Buffalo Bisons on the road at Aspinwall Grounds by a score of 11-2. Sounds right-hander Willie E Adams was named player of the game after a strong outing in which he threw 7 innings allowing 2 runs. The win gives the Sounds a 3-0 advantage in the best-of-7 World Series.

One of the biggest contributors for Nashville was pinch hitter Donnell Neal. In the top of the sixth, with the bases loaded, Neal got a 3-1 curveball and hit a bases-clearing double. That put the Sounds on top, 7-2.

"We don't have much margin for error now," Bisons manager said. "We need to figure out the problem and fix it, immediately."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow in Buffalo. The scheduled starters for the game are Paul Wilson for the Nashville Sounds and Mac Suzuki for the the Buffalo Bisons.
