Great Stroke: Biggio Gets 5 Hits Tuesday, May 27th, 1997 It was a magical day at the plate for Orlando Devil Rays second baseman Craig Biggio. The 31-year-old Biggio helped lift Orlando to a 10-3 win over the Charlotte Knights today at Orlando Citrus Bowl. Biggio smacked 5 hits in 5 at-bats to spark his club to victory. Craig Biggio singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Scott Bankhead in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
